Literally, it meant to derive the initial letters of the Centre of Internet LAN-WAN Applications and Networking Solutions. That notion of CILANS is still be driving force, though the company has evolved its focus from LAN-WAN networking domain to Cloud and IOT (Internet of Things), from a Generic software and app development to the future technologies – specifically Machine Learning and Blockchain / Ethereum / Hyperledger.

Nikhil Shah

Nikhil specializes in driving business model transformation, developing Global Alliances, building Products/Solutions, Marketing and Corporate Strategy. He also served on the board of Broadband forum (BBF), which is one of the leading industry standard body, where he held other leadership positions. He is actively supporting BBF as APAC ambassador. Mr. Shah is a frequent speaker at various conferences worldwide including FICCI Frames, 5G India Leadership Summit, LTE Innovation Summit, IDC Telecom Summit, CTIA and various academic institutes on future technologies etc. Earlier, he served as a VP, Global Business Development at Crest Data Systems, where he primarily focused on SDN, Data Center, Data Analytics domains for clients like Cisco, Splunk. From 2006-2014, he was with Juniper Networks (Sunnyvale, CA & APAC), where he lead Advanced Technology Team to support Global service providers and enterprises for the mobility infrastructure and edge business, Software defined Network (SDN / NFV) strategy for APAC, and driving strategic alliance with Nokia, Ericsson and IBM. From 1998 to 2006, he was with Lucent / Bell Labs (Westford, MA), where he held various positions ranging from system engineering, to network architect for ATM/Frame Relay, Ethernet and IP/MPLS technologies. He has designed some of the largest service providers’ networks across the Globe. Later in the product management role, he managed partnership with Juniper / Riverstone / Dorado. Earlier, he worked with Zeitnet at Mumbai and Durham, NH (Acquired by Cabletron), TCS (Tata Group) and ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization). He has completed Greater Boston Executive Program from MIT Sloan and SAPM Diploma from Stanford University. He holds a Masters in Computer Science (VJTI, Mumbai) and Bachelor in Computer Engineering (LDCE, Ahmedabad) from India.

Anubhav Chaturvedi is a geek, developer, and working with Cilans System as a Project Manager and Corporate trainer. Having an inclination in building new products and training upon new upgraded products to make lives simple of millions of people. At Cilans, his primary focus is centered around Blockchain, Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Deep Learning. He has been training in Corporates and government upon various technical topics and core computer science higher study and advance subjects since 2013. In past, he has worked with companies like Oracle, Upgrad, Kivihealth (www.kivihealth.com), Matrix Comsec as a Software Engineer. As a Corporate trainer, he has served organizations like Indian Navy, DRDO, BEL, Verizon and Yahoo, Apollo Hospitals, Wockhardt Hospitals, CGI, Sunlife Consulting, IIIT-Bangalore and IIT-Hyderabad, Wipro, Cognizant, RBI, NPCI, MICA, Globsyn Business school and others.
