Description:

• One should possess experience in applying modern methodologies such as Continuous Delivery, Zero Downtime, High Availability, Geolocation, and principles like Software-as-a-Service.
• One must have experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines and exposure to Amazon or Azure cloud platforms.
• Additionally, one should be familiar with and capable of managing the DevOps toolchain, which includes Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, Antifactory, Portioner, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in general-purpose scripting programming languages such as Shell, Python, and Groovy is necessary.
• One should be acquainted with network concepts, virtualization, and containerization using VMWare, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Development experience in the Java platform, Maven, JUnit, and Microservices is required, along with the ability to set up and configure Apache Tomcat application servers.
• Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA and Git, familiarity with the release management process, and knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals are essential.
• A good understanding of Linux is also required.

• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising)
• Help achieve long-term brand building for Cilans and our clients
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing strategies
• Ensure the company’s social media platforms and website are up to date with regular updates, blogs, and newsletters
• Assist with writing effective business proposals
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
• Assist with sales activities
